forms and support
When it comes to patient forms we are getting different information from the representatives. We were told that "patient profile information" would transfer into dentrix however it isn't. we had someone trying to help us for about 3 hours last week and never got a return phone call. i called again today and was told it isn't possible. we left our previous provider due to always getting inconsistent information. I personally do not see how these electronic forms are beneficial if they only transfer into the weave profile as we have to have the information with in our system so we can submit to ins. to be paid but also to best treat our patients especially when it comes to medical history and past dental history. I understand we can manually transfer it over but if that is the case we just as well use paper forms and not be paying the extra fee. Which brings me to the next area of feed back. For us to download and save the forms within in their chart we have to scroll through the pages of sent forms to see which ones have been received. It would be nice if we could have a toggle on the top to change the view to see the received forms on the top (newest to oldest). on that same note it would be nice to see which ones we have downloaded and saved with in a patients chart. We have multiple office staff who can be saving these documents but they are having to check in the chart to see which ones have already been completed. I believe a check box should be added where you can mark which ones have been saved or find a place to remove off that list once they have been updated and saved. My last area of feed back would be getting support and the wait time. I am still on hold with you guys to fix my other area of concern. I have been on the phone for over 2.5 hours and am still on hold. I have maybe talked to someone for 15 min and the rest has been wait time. This is very frustrating!
