Archive Forms
Request updates to the forms dashboard. Be able to delete sent forms not completed and archive completed forms. And hold more than 1000 forms.
Dear Customer,
We're pleased to announce the general availability of Bulk Archive -- our newest and second-most requested feature.
- Now, you will be able to archive one or more forms (upto 100 forms at a time) regardless of their status -- whether they're sent, submitted or synced.
- Once archived, you will also be able to unarchive one or more forms if needed.
We're making continuous improvements almost on a weekly basis, to bring you more such useful features to improve the efficiency of data collection and synchronization. We'll update you as soon as they are ready to go live.

Hello - We would love to have a third "Status" option on our forms dashboard. Currently the only statuses are completed and not completed. We have no way of knowing if a patient has viewed the form or has attempted to complete it. It would be very helpful to know if the link and form has been opened/viewed. Thank you!

you need to add a delete button on the weave digital forms so that we can delete them once we downloaded them in our dental software. that will keep us from having to go thru hundreds of forms

Please have in the sent forms list the capability to archive the sent forms so its easier to filter through most recent and which have forms have been taken care of.

Our office would love a "completed" box or way to mark when we have checked and imported the paperwork completed by patients from the dashboard.

Is there a way to be more in control of our forms that we send out? We send them multiple links so they get created in the back end so quickly and it’s becoming difficult to manage. Sometimes people will fill out the older link and we have to sort through pages and pages of forms. If they are completed or they are no longer going to be filling it out, it would be nice to be able to delete them.
Also how does Weave decide who to pick for the caller ID. For example I am the mother of 3 so when I call in it pops up as Liam Foster which is my step son. Clearly a 3 year old is not trying to call the office so I was just wondering if there was a way to set a main person? Having this feature would be so nice. I like that you can see everyone in the family when we answer but having a random family member especially a child is annoying.

Archiving completed forms on the administrative portal.
We would like to see after a team member has uploaded a form from Weave that we can archive them so we have a completed task and other team members do not have research to see if the form was uploaded to a patients chart. It is very time consuming. Thanks!

We recently signed up for Digital Forms. We would love an option to "archive" or hide sent forms & public submissions after we have viewed and downloaded them. It would be so much easier to sort through the list for new submissions if we could clear the old ones away.
