Can you see our posted comments on previous suggestions? we have commented on the "fix" but have not been answered.
We still have concerns for our original suggestion: When forms are created as a PDF and then added to our Eaglesoft Document center, the PDF is imported/saved as a # ex: 5104-219839031.pdf, instead of the actual document name. It would be better if the title/name of the document was the PDF document name. To make our search for certain forms easier.
We received a response for this previously from KJ (Group Product Manager, Weave), "Thanks so much for your patience. We're happy to inform you that PDFs of submitted forms will now have the original form or packet name when they save to your documents center / imaging module in your practice management software."
BUT....this is still not working we are still seeing file #s and not names. Please let me know when this is estimated to be fixed and also if you are able to see our posted comments and respond.
Creating a new suggestion for the same issue is time consuming.
