PreRegistration Form
When there is a missed call and the auto text goes out, we have added some text regarding "if you are a new patient, please click the link to fill out our new patient forms and someone will reach out to you as soon as possible." The link is set up for Weave Forms, but requires the "Preregistration" to be filled out. This is not a problem except that it requires an email. Some patients don't have an email or are reluctant to give one to us when they first call in to make an appointment. Could this be made "optional" on the "prereg form" or could there be a direct link for New Patient to a Registration Form?

Hi Kristin and Clement,
Thanks for your feedback. I'm glad to share that email is no longer mandatory in pre-admission registration form. Please refer to the attached screenshot.
Please reach out to me directly (by replying to this email) if you have any questions.
Thanks,
KJ

Thank you K J for making the email optional on the pre-admission registration form.

If our EMR is not integrated with appointment reminders, what is the best way to get a "non public" link to our forms that can go out on the "missed call" text? Are you still working on making the email optional on the pre-admission registration?

Thank you Kristin for reporting this as we are having the same concerns.
Hi KJ, I just did a test run on the pre-admissions form and it still requires an email before moving on to complete the form I created in form builder. Could this be corrected and made optional as per Kristin's point, not all patients have emails or are willing to give their emails.
Thank you in advance for your help with this matter.
