Forms not being sent to patients with shared contact information
We have run into an issue with patient's who come in with their dependents or they share a phone/email with another, only one person receives the paperwork. I understand that I can manually send forms to each person, but this does negate the point of the automated messaging system. I hope in the future the system would be able to send out individual messages addressed to each scheduled patient regardless of them having the same phone number.
