Automatic Messages with Weave Forms
We would prefer to be able to customize the message that is sent out with our new patient forms rather than the Weave generated one.

Hi,
Thanks for reaching out! This feature is available in the Forms New Weave App (app.getweave.com/forms). It incorporates Message Templates into the form-sending experience, allowing you to streamline the process by utilizing pre-created templates. You can create your own message templates and reuse them while sending forms.
This feature is available across all touchpoints for sending forms, including the Patient Profile, My Forms section, and Messages Inbox.
