Currently the overdue list is pulling patients that are overdue for any of their continuing care, and we are not able to specifically pull just “prophy” and “perio maintenance” continuing care. Even though there is a section on the portal that allows you to select which continuing care you want, it still pulls people for X-rays. For example patients will be up to date on a their prophy but overdue for X-rays and they are on the list. This is not helpful in trying to fill the hygiene schedule which is the main reason why someone should want to use this list.
