FUSE operatory rooms shown instead of providers
On our PMS (FUSE) we have our schedule set up by room/operatories however when this is then synced over to Weave it only shows the providers.
Our operatories are specific to the appointment type where as the providers do multiple types of procedures.
Having only the providers viewable also is an issue because all of our current and past employees show up as a "provider" causing confusion.
This then makes the Weave schedule look messy and unorganized making it so our team isn't wanting to use the schedule to its full potential.
Main point: Having the option to view as operatories vs providers. Preferably able to be switched by a super admin making all team members view the schedule the same way across the board

We agree that this feature needs to be adjusted. Having a schedule view based only on providers does not fully encompass the vast range of scheduling needs that offices may have. Speaking from the dental field (and our offices specific State Laws), the dentist HAS TO BE listed as the primary provider for claim purposes. so our practice software is setup to have the dentist listed as primary and a hygienist can be listed as a secondary provider. With Weave now only showing the schedule by provider view, it lists EVERY patient under our dentist because Weave is only recognizing whomever is listed under 'Primary Provider' in our system software. So with this new app, we can no longer see a correct representation of our day. Additionally, we have hygienists who only fill in occasionally or may only work 1 day a week. So they rely on being able to log into Weave the night before their shift to confirm their start time for the next morning. With this new app and every patient showing under our dentist, they have no way to tell who their specific first patient of the day is, ESPECIALLY considering we normally have 2-3 hygienists working per day and all their start times can vary (meaning it doesn't help to try and filter by 'Appointment Type')
I propose that multiple 'Views' be allowed in the new app. For some offices, it may work wonderfully to view a schedule based on providers. For others, it would work better to see a schedule based on operatories. There may even be offices that don't want to filter by anything and simply want to see a block view of patients based only on start time. So adding in different options to filter the schedule is imperative to fully reach your customer base, especially considering Weave is used throughout various different medical fields, including dental and veterinary clinics.
