email campaigns
Since the new update, our office has not been able to use our email campaigns for important announcements. A major issue we are facing is that our prior email recipients have been removed against both our knowledge and our wishes. The answer I received from the customer service rep was to upload a CSV file and follow directions. This is problematic for many reasons and is very inconvenient. The reason why we chose Weave was to integrate our systems and avoid such actions. On top of that, old campaigns are in a different section entirely, and templates that we have created in the past are removed. I wish that somehow Weave developers could pull the recipients from past email campaigns and create a list that way.
