Schedule request review
When we reviewed Schedule requests in the Legacy app we could go back into the request so that we can copy the patients insurance information into their chart. In the New Weave Experience once you create the patient and approve the request there is no way to go back into that request to get the information a patient entered and not all the inputted answers write back to Dr.Chrono so the only way we can do that is through copy and paste. This is a HUGE deal to our office because we need to do insurance eligibility before appointments.
Also once a request has been approved it seems as if there is no way to even search a request. There is a search bar but even patients you know you have reviewed do not show up when you type in their name.
ALSO: If there could be data entered for when the appointment request was submitted that would be helpful for analytics and for searching past requests.
