Improve Payment Collection Process
When collecting an insurance payment, we’re typically only provided with a zip code, not the full address. There should be an option to bypass the address requirement.
Additionally, it would be extremely helpful to have a way to collect a payment without linking it to a patient’s account. This would make it easier to process insurance payments that apply to multiple patients. It would also help when a new patient comes in, as our PMS profiles don’t automatically update in Weave. Currently, we have to wait 30+ minutes before applying the payment directly to the patient’s account, which creates unnecessary delays.
