We use Dr.Chrono and when a patient reschedules an appointment we have to cancel the appointment and then create a new one or else Weave does not recognize that the old appointment no longer exists and will still send appointment reminders. This creates extra work and also creates a lot of clutter in the patients chart. If Weave could recognize when an appointment changes days and times in DrChrono it would be a lot easier for us to move patients around on the schedule. Also With new patients they do their paperwork on the initial appointment so if we have to cancel and create a new appointment that paperwork does not travel to the new appointment so they have to do it all over again which is a pain for them and for us.
