Previously when being able to go to weave.forms.com, when we would pull it up to have our patients fill out their forms as they come in using our IPads, it had just a list of the patinets on the schedule for that day and it made it very quick to click the patient name and form we needed them to fill out. Now, it has a random list of the same people everyday, even some that are inactive and its not the lsit of who is on the schedule. So now we have to search the patient first and last name, select them, select the form, launch the kiosk mode.. it just takes WAY longer... I think it would be much more effecient to be able to have a list of the patients that are on the schedule select which patient, the form and have them fill it out. Rather then going through a ton of other steps. We use the kiosk mode on the Ipads for the convenience of easily selecting the patient and the form but, since this update bringing in multiple new steps, it has been much more of a hastle and time consuming..
