Insurance verification -
the information should be pulled from our PMS - it is not so we are doing double work to verify insurance. We are doing double work by having to re-enter ins info for EACH and every patient in order to use the "easy" insurance verification. In what world does this make sense. It is ADDING time to our tasks - not simplifying
