Unable to View Caller ID when multiple contact has the same phone number
With the previous version of the Weave app, caller ID would conveniently appear in the corner of the screen, making it easy to identify incoming calls regardless of where we were in the app. However, in the new update, caller ID only appears within the app itself, which has made it less efficient for our team to identify and respond to calls quickly.
Additionally, when multiple contacts share the same phone number—something that frequently occurs in our practice with family accounts—the app now simply displays the phone number and a message that "multiple contacts have been found," without showing the actual contact names. This significantly reduces our ability to identify who is calling and provide personalized service.
These changes have impacted our workflow and patient experience. We kindly request that you consider restoring the previous caller ID functionality and improving how the app handles multiple contacts with shared phone numbers.
