  1. Template with dates

    The COVID Screening form does not have a date. Did we miss something during the set up? We would prefer a date on the form. Thank you.

  3. Voice Recording

    We would like implemented for our practice a outgoing voice recording feature. Currently we have a prompt that notifys all our incoming callers that "this call may be recorded", but we would like that same feature for calls we make outbound from our clinic.

    App Notifications:
    1. App notifications should be integrated with other computer apps - so that they all come up in our notification panel (drop down instead of falling behind other app notifications)
    2. When you click on a notification, it should open the app
    3. When you click "ignore" on a notification, it should NOT open the app
    4. You should be able to customize the snooze time on "follow up list" notiications
    5. You should be able to "close" a notification without ignoring it
    6. Notifications should be consistent - not sporadic

  5. Filtering patients by using User Codes

    We would like the capability to send a message out to remind our patient's that have to take an antibiotic before their dental appointments a reminder. In order to do so we need the capability to filter out these patients. These patients are in softdent with a user code of "P". We would like the capability to filter these patients our by using user codes in softdent. Thanks!

  6. Patient list filters

    1. When using the analytics list of overdue patients I apply a filter to separate Perio from Prophy patients. When I go into a patients profile to leave a contact note then go back to the list the filter is no longer applied. I have to then reapply the filter to continue working. Also if I am using a list and go to a patient's profile, when I go back to the list it has gone back to the beginning of the list. Very inconvenient to have to scroll through to the point in the list I was working from.

  7. Follow up text not able to be dealt with on app phone only desktop

    On the phone app when there is a follow up it cannot be viewed or sent. It seems to only be able to be sent on the desktop app. Even though I get a follow up pop up on my phone...

    Our office uses quick fill but we only offer one time slot at a time. Can we get rid of the numbering system? It looks odd that there is a 1. in the middle of our message

  11. Linking profile with Open Dental

    It would be very helpful to have the option of linking our patient profile from Weave to our patient profile of Open Dental. This was a feature that was on the app about 4 years ago (according to one of our hygienists) that used with Weave and Dentrix. Please consider this feature as an option. Thank you

  12. desktop app

    would love it there was a direct link from Dentrix to click on to make a call to patients.

    Also would love if there was a link on weave desktop app when you click in to a patient on the phone call alert that you could click on a go to that family's family file or ledger connection.

  13. After Hours VM Access from App

    I need to have access to our after hours voicemail box from the app as the link we receive from the text message sends you to safari and you cannot save your credentials so you are required to fully log in each time which is not great for emergency purposes

  17. Closed Message

    We just got our phones this week and I am being told that I can't change the number of rings for our closed message. There are days that I am here when we are closed and would like to be able to answer before the phone going to voice mail. It would be great if we could add a feature for that.

  20. Revert calculation of missed calls to previous calc

    The calculation for missed calls changed with the last update. Previously, only missed calls were counted in the "missed" number. Now Missed and Abandoned are included. This makes the number much higher, and out of our front desks control as people hang up frequently when they realize they are supposed to text their arrival and not call. Please change the calculation back to the previous method, or add an option on how to calculate.
