    Manage Direct Messaging Capability at User Level - ability to turn on or off this function in User Management. Would like capability to turn it off if needed and the ability to audit text messaging between team members either thru the desktop app or via some reporting capability.

    For setting like Office Hours, either use a 24-hour format or allow users to choose that format to avoid AM/PM mistakes.

  3. recall for patients' 6 month cleaning needs to be fixed

    I had a patient who called the beginning of April to say she will be in town the end of April, and will like to make an appointment for a night guard impression. She was also supposed to get a text April 15th to schedule her cleaning in June. Because she was scheduled for a 20 minute night guard impression, she did not get her alert to schedule a cleaning.   4. Integrate with Chiro8000 software - Please!!!

    When will weave be putting integration with Chiro8000 into the production que - we have been with weave for almost a year without progress and I am tired of paying additional money per month to keep review wave so we can send patient reminders.........

  7. Templated Emails

    I would like the option of having email templates to send to individual clients, just like messaging templates. NOT a marketing email template that gets sent to large groups.

    For example after specific types of appointments we like to send our patients an email consisting of information about that visit, ie "Congratulations on getting your braces on", or "Congratulations on having your braces removed". They are templated emails that we send several times a day. We send based on procedure code not on appointment type, as we have several codes that fall under an appointment type. This is why we…

  8. Auto Text Reminders sent to DELETED Appointments

    Weave is suddenly sending auto reminders to appointments which have been deleted. It's not recognizing this status with DrChrono EMR integration and continues to send reminders to patients who have deleted appoints. We were offered a solution to first cancel the appointment, then wait 15- 20 min and then go back to delete it. This is not a viable solution for a busy practice and deleted appointments should not generate an auto reminder. Please fix this! It was never a problem int he past.

  10. Incoming message notifications by Department

    We should be able to, by user, on the mobile + desktop app be able to set message notifications AND the red badge on the icon to show by department. My billing departments and on-call doctors do not want to be notified for messages in the Main Line and vice-versa.

  11. Changing Patient Names in Weave Payments

    It a payment is taken under the wrong patient name - although the charge was made by the correct patient it is reflected in weave payments as the wrong patient. That being said, an edit button to change the name would be good in these situation.

  12. Adding notes to appointment requests

    It would be nice to be able to add notes on appt requests to see where we are at in the process. Ie: If unable to get ahold of the owner, owner was contacted, etc.

  13. we need auto fill to be disable on patient forms

    When patients are getting forms texted to them, they have an option to auto-fill or manually. We need auto-fill to be disabled. Some phones will not let the patient fill out their health history when they choose auto-fill.

  14. Weave Payments having the ability to take multiple cards at once

    It would be nice to have the ability to use multiple cards towards a balance without needing to make separate transactions with different amounts. It is easier on the staff and the patient.

  15. Caller ID

    When placing a call on "Park"- we'd like if the caller ID stayed visible on the screen. With multiple people answering the phone lines & placing the caller on hold, it's just too hard to figure out, where your call was. Often we end up picking up the wrong line & having to explain that to the client. Wastes time & usually aggravates the client. Thanks

  17. emergency voicemail

    We would like to have access to the emergency voicemails on the desktop application. We have been requesting this feature for over a year. For a brief time yesterday, this feature was avaiable but it quickly was removed. As you can see in this screenshot, we had a drop-down option to select between our regular voicemail box or the emergency. We would really appreciate having this option avaiable again.

  19. BETA: Filtering messages to see unread and read but not responded texts.

    In the new Beta application, you can only filter read, unread, delivered, and undelivered texts whereas the old app your unread texts and read but not responded texts are filtered automatically.

    I want to see an option to see read but not responded to texts. It will be easier to track texts that need a response or not. It's hard to scroll through 10 texts to find a message that you have to respond to. Also please bring back tagging text chains as it help with assigning a task to a team member.

  20. More drag + Drop variables in messaging templates/payment templates

    I would like there to be more drag and drop variable options within the messaging templates, and especially in the payment message templates.
    Specifically, a "team member" option that will input the first name of the team member sending the message. For payments, the same variables as regular messages would be helpful, as well as a deposit/balance due option.
