I agree. It would be easier to search for calls this way as well.

Similar to caller ID but to be able to search for a specific phone number BY the phone number and see how many times that number has called the office and when...AND to be able to do this in the Weave box, not have to sign into the web portal. When looking for patient correspondence information, this would be a VITAL tool we could utilize.

on the Admin site while looking at Call Records - it would be great if the system would let you filter for what you're looking for (i.e. just missed calls that day) instead of wading through the entire list of calls for the day. Also, on the bottom of that page where you can select the number of rows to look at...the "Next" page button appears grayed out. It would be helpful if that was more obvious as a live button. Maybe in bold or a different color.

Please please please, make the recorded phone list (from the online dashboard) sortable by column, and/or have a more functional filter. I have multiple phone lines, and multiple staff on the phones, and I could really use those features. I can't imagine that it would be too hard to accomplish. Please Please Please! Need to be able to filter and SORT recorded calls by caller name, type of call, office user, date rage, time.

An ability to search the phone calls in a time frame. For example, I want to see all the calls made between march 16th thru March 20th between 8:00 am and 10 pm. There is a pretty good interface offered by my previous phone provider vocalocity now vonage. Also I should be able to download single or multiple calls and to be able to archive it on a folder.

We would like to be able to select our own phone dates. Instead of scrolling back months at a time we want to be able to choose our own dates. It can be very annoying when we are so close to getting to the date and then you have to answer an incoming call and you're back to the beginning. We hope to see this change soon! Thanks!

Can you make it so that all phone calls are searchable by phone number? When a new patient calls it is very helpful to be able to listen to the phone call before they come in.

It would be nice if we could sort calls by the person who answered the call or if we could enter a specific date to bring up all the calls from that date, instead of having to sit and scroll through our call histories.

Calls can be searchable by date, so if you need to listen to a call from a particular day a few weeks ago you don't have to scroll through a million calls to find it.

Need a better and faster way to search for incoming calls or outgoing calls by phone number or name, rather than relying on pulling up a patient profile. I had to manually scroll through over 5 months of call history through the Weave app line by line, call by call to make sure nothing was missed. what a hassle.

Pull up recent calls by date. Often px's call in from a different # than is in their chart. Would be nice to pull recent calls by date instead of having to scroll back a month or a week. Just a thought. :)
