Please make it so we can search recorded phone calls by the phone number. It is very time consuming and frustrating to have to scroll through every single call looking for a certain phone number manually.

You can search for text history, but it would be nice to type in someone's name and be able to search call history :)

I suggest there should be a search button to input phone number and check history

Search Incoming Calls By User/Day/Time

I think the one thing that would be useful is having a way to search the
recordings of the calls made by each employee or within a certain
time-frame. Right now going through the call list is inconvenient.

It woud be great if in the recent calls their was a search bar that I could type in a number to see when this person was called or talked to.
Ex: We have a new patient coming in and we wanted to check to see who made the appointment and I tried scrolling back to the day it said the appointment was made but came up with nothing. It would be nice to be able to even just type the last four digits of the phone number in. Just a thought :)

It'd be great to have the option of filtering call history by date instead of scrolling through the entire history. It's a bit annoying when you're looking through your call history and have to go back more than 2 days lol

It would be great to have an easier way to search through the history in the recent call log. To be able to go back to a certain date or phone number quickly. Scrolling down and waiting for the info to load is tedious and then if a call comes in while you are scrolling you lose your place and have to start all over. Thank you!

I need to search RECENT history of phone calls by a phone number - only does patients. Not good.

Can we please look up a PHONE NUMBER in recent calls, even if they are not a patient or linked to the system. They are not always a patient and it's nice to have a "list" of phone calls instead of having to go back manually through the call log.

We would like the ability to search by a date or number in the recent call list. This would be so helpful for new patient calls or patients that call on an unknown number. Sometimes we know the date they called as well, but can't remember the number and scrolling to that date takes forever.

Also just a suggestion: It would be cool if there was an easier way to access the recorded call library. Like if you could click on a calendar and it took you to all the calls from that day. Scrolling through that much can be very tiresome depending how far back you have to go. -Medical Dental Arts

Search by patient id number in desktop and phone app.

It would be REALLY helpful if there was some way to filter the incoming text...by day or by subject.
Example: (1) to be able to see today's incoming text only & not all, (2) to be able see just the income text from the birthday auto-text only or 1 day reminder text replies, etc (3) to be able to see the "unread" text only.

Search recent calls by day and/or time and/or person answering

Add a feature to search for calls via phone number. For example when I tried to search for a phone call to listen to the recording before they became patients in Dentrix. The call does not show up in the call history.
Either that or please add a feature to go to a specific day to review calls to listen to the recordings.

It would be nice if we could look back further than just a day to see if a call was made on a certain date. . . .or even search a number to see if it was dialed.
