Have a call queue system where patients wait in a virtual line for the next avail person

We would love the ability for calls to enter a queue in which they are put on hold instead of just ringing all the employees that are on the phone.

I was told when I agreed to sign up with Weave that there was an incoming call "que" that was being developed and would be in operation soon. I checked on it today and was told it was not being developed. First, it would be a great help to your customers. Secondly, I was misled.

Ability to have patients who call be held in a que instead of having to leave a voicemail. For scheduling purposes it would be nice for people to not have to automatically be sent to voice mail if the scheduler is on the phone or have the call missed. If they could wait in a que and be told where they are in line and a wait time I think that would be great!
