    Our office would also like this feature! Online Forms cut our check-in time and pre-test time by over half! Currently patients go to our website and fill it out and Crystal PM imports the info directly into the exam. If we could connect the forms to Weave either by using a short link in our auto texts or if there is a way to integrate Crystal PM and Weave with forms that would be AMAZING! We would love to be Beta testers as well if this becomes an option. Thank you!
