How can we improve the Weave desktop app?

add appointment scheduling online

this one is really needed. please add appointment scheduling online by showing doctor availability while syncing with EMR system.

allow patients to choose appointment type from admin defined list, a doctor of choice and display appointment availability, then let patients choose and request the time slot. appointment should still be confirmed by a staff member.

    This would be great if it truly showed individual doctor availability and up to date openings. Allowing the patient to select their doctor.

    Would be great if we could actually schedule an appointment, cancel or reschedule an appointment from the app!!

    When using the app it would be great if we could add a patient to an empty spot in the schedule. I know we can interact with already scheduled appointments, however if the office is not open and the doctor on call tells a patient to come in for a specific time, it would be great if we could schedule that. That way the doctor isn’t rushing to get a hold of a front desk person to add them before they fill an open slot with someone else.

    Without a doubt this is an essential requirement that Weave MUST INCORPORATE into this App. Technology is turning over every six (6) weeks and Weave needs to get with the program or someone else will. “Make it so!” as Capt Pickard would say

    If an Emergency patient calls after hours I need to make them an appointment on our schedule. By waiting until the office opens we are taking a change that someone will give that appt time away to another patient.

    Follow-ups are one of the best features in the app. It's great to have it pop up i.e. On a Monday morning at 9am to follow up with a patient. But over the weekend or at night you get a call or think of someone you need to follow up with and it would be great to set a reminder to call or send a text when you get in the next working day. (And get it off your mind)
