Weave really needs to make available to its customers the options to turn open and after hours on and off easily. It is quite the burden to have to call customer service each and every time we need to have a message turned on or off.

It would be fantastic if there was a way to send an automated voice recording out!

Make a weekend message

Right now we list our office hours and the phone goes to VM when we are out automatically. But rarely does any office work exactly to the minute. The only solution you offer is to change your hours but the problem is that you then have to remember to change them back for the following week. I'd like the option of having the phone go to VM when I want, but not change my default hours and then have to change back. Just offer a "go to VM now" option without changing our hours n the future.

Why doesn't Weave ready the office open/office closed on our schedule - we still have to change it manually and then change it back. If it can read the schedule and all the patient info, when our office is set closed, why can't Weave "pick that up" like it does everyting else? It's annoying to have to change it back and forth.

Could you make an option section under office hours in settings for each day to select which greeting to apply for that day. For example, we will be out Monday for holiday. We would like to change the voicemail on that day ONLY to reflect we are away. Right now, I am only able to switch that through voicemail, however if I could check or toggle to switch that specific voicemail under settings: office hours that would be fantastic.

once office hours are set up, we should not have to reset them on each workstation. afterall, the hours are the same regardless of workstation. thanks!

Make it easier to set a vacation message and set the hours to "Vacation day" instead of having to put office as closed that day and re recording the closed message every single time. The closed message is the only one that we can use with the emergency phone forwarding. Therefore, i have to re record everytime our office is closed and re record again when we get back.

Hi, I would like an ability to have the system call me to update the voicemail. For example, today we closed the office due to weather and I'm unable to update the voicemail from home. I hadn't yet setup the smartphone app (which requires being in the office), and remoting into the app on a PC in the office doesn't give me any options to update the voicemail.

The office wants to be able to select a button to open up the office if they are in early for the day.
