Re-wording the Picture Consent Text
Hi, we would like to suggest if we can edit the text for the picture texting consent. Patients are getting confused and send "YES please send", or "YES SEND" or whatever, and if they don't put "YES" only, it won't work and we have to send them consent again.
We currently have this:
Hello Kathy! This is a message from EyeVenue. Because of privacy laws we need your consent to send you images containing personal information you own. Reply 'YES' to grant consent.
There is no option for us to change the wording. We don't need to put our office name since we are the one texting them and they will know we are trying to send them something.
We want to change it to something like this: Hi, because of HIPAA privacy laws we need your consent to send you images. Please reply only the word 'YES' to give us consent to send you personal information.
This has been frustrating for us and the patient. How can we fix the wording for us to text the patient pictures?
We're going to be removing the need for consent for picture messages very soon, so I'm closing this out.

For the Photo permission: Can we word it better?
Or make it custom.
Like : Hello (Patient)! This is (Office Name). Because of privacy laws we need your permission to send photos of your appointment to you. These photos might contain personal information. This is not permission for social media, only to send you photos. Reply "YES" to give permission.
