Send Missed Call Text to Abandoned Calls
Would really like the "missed call text" to go out to ABANDONED calls even more than the "missed ones." if they made a selection so the appt was "missed" then they almost certainly left us a message. It is the Abandoned calls that we are more concerned about!
With the recent changes to Auto-Messaging, Missed Call Text is now working for abandoned calls in addition to missed calls. In the future, this will be a filter in order to be a configurable element.

Clients that leave messages and then receive a missed call text usually reply text with the same message they just left on the voicemail. This sets up the situation for more than one team member to be working on the same problem independently of each other, creating confusion and wasting time. We have this feature turned off, but would love to utilize it if we could set it to send only to abandoned calls.

When a patient calls after hours and hangs up, our after hours text doesn't get sent to them. It will only send the text if they press 1, go to our general mailbox, then hang up. I feel we're missing a lot of potential patients after hours. Can WEAVE be updated so our after hours text gets sent to ALL hang up calls?

I wish "missed call texts" would go to caller abandoned instead of people that already left a voicemail. we are able to help people who have left voicemails (example" refill request) so sending a text is redundant. Id like to initiate conversation with someone we didnt get to speak to. Just an idea!

MIssed call text messages.
Is there a way for those patients that hang up prior to receiving a voice mail message,to receive the missed call text? Also, if a patient leaves a message they get the text and 1 person is responding to the text message and the other is responding to the text. Can we turn the missed call text off if they leave a message?
