Fax directory
When I send a fax, it would be convenient if Weave saved a directory of fax #'s -- a list of the Business / Name & Fax #'s to whom we frequently sent faxes. This way, I wouldn't have have my paper list to look-up & manually type the fax # each time...
Fax directory is now live! You can now save fax numbers as a fax contact for repeated use. You can also send the same fax to multiple recipients. Fax contacts are separate from patient contacts. The ability to edit/delete existing contacts is still forthcoming.

Would be great if you had a fax cover sheet or after you upload your fax there was ATTN TO: and COMMENT section for us to fill out

We need a more robust faxing system. We just started using Weave; therefore, we had to abandon our previous faxing system.
1) In our previous system we had an address book where we stored all the fax numbers of doctors to whom we send letters. We do this multiple times a day in a very busy patient care environment. Now we have to look up each doctor's fax number from an outside system system and manually type it into Weave. We really don't have time to do that.
2) Having to convert a file to a PDF is an unnecessary step. Certainly Weave can find a way to send the most basic word processing file types. This isn't too much of an issue with files we create, but any paper file must be converted to a PDF and then faxed. Again, unnecessary steps.
Please develop a better solution for faxing from Weave. What we have now is not a business system. This is a consumer faxing app tacked onto a business program.
Thank you,

Would be nice to be able to add comments to fax header - attention to a particular person, reference number, etc.

A modifiable Fax cover sheet integrated into the fax app. That is, a drop-down option available prior to sending a fax. It could give the option of an "Attn" note to the recipient. Say, for instance, one is faxing to a company with multiple employees on the same fax line. This allows proper routing of the fax on the receiving end. Also on the "cover sheet" a short note of explanation, if necessary, can be added to the faxed documents. One last suggestion for the cover sheet option is a library drop-down for cover sheets sent to regular recipients of ones faxes.

Yes - this is a must. It should work the same way Google auto-fills an email field. You just start typing the name of who you want, and then it suggests contacts that fit that string. Please and thank you.

We would really appreciate a fax cover page built into the software. We send many emails each day to insurance companies. They usually require claim numbers or names attached to the fax which is accomplished with a cover page. Right now we are having to create our own cover page each time and upload it which takes a lot of time. It would be nice if we could have a integrated cover sheet with a basic outline that can quickly be filled out.

We would like to have a "favorites list" added for when we are trying to fax.

when will be the fax cover sheet be activated and for us to be able to send a coversheet along with our fax? I like being able to view the fax on our mobile devices, but is there a way to make it so we can pinch zoom the file?? As it is now, too small to read.

Is there any way we can get some notification that a fax has been sent. In order to know if a fax wasn't sent we have to go into sent fax and see if there is the ! there or not. It would be nice to know that it was sent. Thanks!

Make the fax more user friendly EX: When sending fax have an option to add a cover sheet not PDF form but directly the app also when sending a fax have a notification it was delivered. It is difficult to keep track on faxes in the passed we where able to send our faxes to our email it was easier to keep track of them.

Today is our office's first day of using Weave. I have encountered a HUGE problem in that I can not include a claim number which is required by insurance companies. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make some way to include a note or add a cover sheet. Some of my faxes need to be sent to someone specific and I have to add "Attention: whomever", but your system does not allow for that. This is going to cause me massive problems with the insurance companies, possibly even denying the claims. I like the way the faxes are easily sent, you've done a great job with that, but for myself and everyone else who faxes medical claims, this is a huge problem! If Dr. Moore had been aware of this, he might not have switched over from our old system. Thank you for your concern and any help you can offer. Sue Magleby, Billing for Chiropractic USA.

Good evening! I love the digital fax feature. I believe that what would make it even better is to add a confirmation email/document feature that gets sent to us at the office automatically just so we will have a record that the fax was in fact sent successfully. That was a great feature available with faxing documents using an actual fax machine. I hope you consider adding this feature. Have a great day.

Is there a way to save the more frequent FAX phone numbers and label them coming form the Dental Insurance in the Weave data base?

Saving fax numbers so they can be clicked on instead of typed in every time. Thanks! :)
