Sound Notifications
PLEASE we need sound notifications for text and especially chat! When we are busy working, in our software up front, or in with a patient, we have no idea that the pop-ups are there! This in an incredible source of frustration for us & for many other offices that we have talked to
This is now available on the Weave desktop app > Settings > Messages. There are 11 sounds available to choose from. Enjoy!

Very unhappy that the sound notifications have not been fixed yet. Doctor considering switching services because of this. It hasn't been working for at least a month and we rely so heavily on that. This is also probably my tenth complaint....

Chat sound notifications are no longer working in version 7.0.16. Unsure if this is a bug or a "feature" but we would like audible notifications.

The newest Weave update removes the notification sound from our team chat - we rely pretty heavily on that so this is a big issue for our office. Is there a fix for this, other than reinstalling Weave to an older version?

Why has the new update taken away chat notification sounds? You need to add sound notification settings for patient texts and in office chat. Make it with a toggle on/off setting so users who don't want sounds can turn it off.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE turn on a sound for text messaging! it is great that the group chat has an alert/sound, but we receive more text messages during the day from clients - and they are getting missed.. The texts from clients are soooo much more important than the group chat for us! Thank you so much!!

Please bring back the "alert" or DING sound when a message comes in----team chat msg or patient msgs. Very helpful when in a busy practice! It used to do this and now it's not doing it anymore?

Hello! I am always at the front desk, with the desktop computer. Is there a way to have a sound notification when received a text? Im not always staring at my screen. Thank you!!

Add audible sound to Weave Chat system so I can hear when Weave is responding? It seems I wait for 15 minutes and then get distracted and forget to go back and see if someone has responded. :) Then my chat time is over by the time I remember and I have to start all over again.

TEXT MESSAGE ALERT!! (INSERT AOL - YOU'VE GOT MAIL SOUND HERE)
Add Audible Alert to Text Message Notification when patients Text Office!!!! COVID19!!! Patients are now texting to let us know that they have arrived so that we can go directly out and meet them and screen them - what a great feature of WEAVE, BUT: there is no ding or alert to let us know that a patient has texted (sad face) in a busy office we are flying around and no one is just sitting watching for text messages at their computer. Help us make the most of this great feature and help us be able to sell it to other offices for you too!!! -

Custom notification sounds when a message is received from a patient. It would also be helpful if there was a notification for incoming faxes. Our office along with many other offices/businesses we've had to change our process on how we're communicating with patients and using the messaging feature for just about every patient. It would help to have a notification sound when we receive a message in addition to the popup notification box in the corner of the screen. Have a chime ring(Noise) for anytime a customer text's just like you do for chat. Also, please have a switch that a customer can control for it in case it gets annoying.

when you receive a new text message in weave, can there be a bell sound so we know? c:
