Templates
I would like to be able to customize the "custom" templates. I would like to change the names to fit the messages, as well as the option to add more templates.
This is now live for all users! From inside a text thread with a specific contact, click the templates button to see the new experience - you can create as many templates as you want, rename and delete existing templates, and search by template name.

PLEASE!! Yes, yes, yes! Each of our departments have their own message they constantly send all day long. Admin uses 5-8, Optical uses 2-3, Clinic uses 5-6, and each doctor has their own message they typically send! Templates are a fantastic idea, please add more!!!

It would be very helpful to have more than just two templates that we can customize since most of our communication is done by texting.

Yes please! We would have texts unique to our practice (veterinary hospital) - negative test results, checking in after exam, etc.

I would like to be able to store and send the same mass templates to individual patients. There are times especially in the world today where a form may need to be sent to a single patient with an urgent appointment made on the same day.

be able to save a text template/edit it when texting patients for review. It could be similar to how we can manage the messages that would appear on the automated text for appointment reminders

Create a template on Weave that states glasses/contacts are ready to be picked up without using Officemate features. We don't use Officemate to submit orders and we don't use order statsus on Officemate either. We would like to create a template that states "Your contacts are ready to be picked up. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!" if possible. Thank you.

Hi,
I think it would be great if after a patient sends out a text if there would be an automatic text that gets sent back to the patient as a greeting that could read something like: "Thank you for texting Family Eye Care of Medford. We did receive your text message and will respond promptly as soon as we are able. Thank you for your patience."
This way if we are busy and can't respond ASAP the patient at least gets that text back as reassurance that we will get back to them.

would love a feature where we can make templates to send back to patients for automatic text reminders to confirm or cancel their appointments if needed based on their reply.

we would like a quick response feature within the app, right next to the emoji where we can save a text for quick use. so we do not have to type each time. our current patient chat from primenexus has that and we got spoiled.

It would be a time-saver if we are able to create generic message templates to send to patients/callers, like what Podium offers. Example: if the caller has questions about our fee, we are able to select the "Fee" template and send message. If a patient has a consult, we can select the "Consult" template that contains their appointment date, time, locations and what to expect at the consult. Again it would be SO HELPFUL and reduce the time typing up the same messages repeatedly. Thank you.

Custom Text that can be selected and sent to patients. example: A message about whitening that includes a link to our website with instructions to be sent after first whitening visit.
