Templates
I would like to be able to customize the "custom" templates. I would like to change the names to fit the messages, as well as the option to add more templates.

It doesn't help us at all to have texting templates where you can change the contents to what you would like but then have the name stuck with something that doesn't match. I could also see us needing to add new templates which is currently not an option to do.

Can we have more custom messages and can we change the title of the custom messages so they are not labeled "custom message 1"
We do offer the services in the first two custom message so those are wasted on us, and we can not use them. Please allow me to edit those. thanks!

It would be helpful to be able to add up to a certain amount of templates or to be able to at least modify and change the name of the 3 current ones you can't (cancel apts, curbside waiting, and wellness form.)

First off, sometimes when sending out bulk messages for unconfirmed appointments for selected practitioners, I'd love to be able to manually unselect someone I may not want to send a message to. As far as I know, after calling Weave and checking, that there is no way to do this which is annoying.
Secondly, I think it would be nice to be able to name "Custom Message 1 & 2", because I forget which one is which one is which when sending out bulk messages and have to click back and forth. It would be much easier to be able to name them, for example, "Unconfirmed Appointments" and "Reschedule Appointment".
Neither of these are big issues but would be nice if the software was updated to reflect these changes. -

We need to be able to rename text messaging templates. There also should be at least 10 templates, not just 5.

Can we rename the Message Templates. Example is the "Wellness Form" or "Custom Message 1". I woudl like to rename these to be custom to what we use them for, As we tend to update our verbaige often. Thank you. --Kristna

We are writing to see if it is possible to change the preset titles for the message templates as the current ones do not fit our needs. Will this be an option in the future?

Only having the ability to template 5 SMS messages is a very limiting feature for a communication platform. Our scheduling software, Dolphin, allows for unlimited SMS templates, and we have at least 20. I hope Weave will get this feature up to speed soon!

We use the templets after we edit it. Would love to be able to rename them so it has something to do with what the content is about. Or if we could just make brand new templets and name those would be so nice.

Please let us customize the name of each text/sms message template. Very frustrating not being able to do that. Every single template, not just the custom message names.

It is really inconvenient that we cannot name the Custom Templates in Message Templates and we are limited to how many we can have. It would be great if we could rename them and add more for use. Please add that to the agenda asap. I'm sure we are not the only office who is requesting that option.

We need more than 5 templates. We also want to change the name of the templates. We are currently using 15 templates (with podium app) but we have approximately 20 templates saved. Thanks

We need more "message templates" as soon as you are able to make more for us.
Also, the confirmation texts are not transferring over to "confirm" on the Nextech side. It has never worked for us.

Good morning, I have some suggestions.
1. More ring tone variety, they all sound similar.
2. Ability to change the titles for the text templates. None of the current templates reflect what we are doing at our hospital so it's useless for us to use at this time.
3. Adding more templates so we can utilize the text feature more. We are partnered with PetDesk currently but would like to streamline more with Weave. My suggestion would be to model your platform more like PetDesk as it's incredibly user friendly, lots of features and easy troubleshooting.
4. Integrating with EzyVet. We will be transitioning to EzyVet next week and if Weave was integrated, it would be magical.
5. I realize you are busy, we are a busy practice so I know the challenges. However, the wait times I have experienced when calling into Weave are unlike any I have encountered other than the IRS and maybe the DMV. It isn't always quick to do the chat help option either.
6. Everyone is always very pleasant to speak with, please keep that up!

It would be very nice to be able to have customizable (Title and content) for text templates. Currently, we can customize the content on some, but not the title, and they are all designed for human medicine use. As a veterinary practice, I would like them to be customizable to my industry/needs.
I also would like to see the requirement in electronic forms for client's to have to submit their name, contact info and birthday to be able to access the forms, as this is NOT relevant in veterinary medicine.

I like the custom message templates that we can text to patients. I would like to suggest that we can create more than the 2 custom messages that we currently are able to create. I can think of many uses for this, like sending online forms to new patients.
