Tag Faxes to A Co-Worker
I like your new Tag feature in Messages, but can you also apply that to faxes? As it is now, the person checking faxes has to open up the fax, then send an inter-office text to the person who needs to handle it. If we could just assign it to the person, that would save a time-consuming step! Thank you.

I'd love to be able to change the name of the entry, or even add a tag onto incoming faxes. Sometimes its hard to sift through a list of numbers to find that one fax that I saw in the morning and now need to see again.
If we could change the name, or add a tag onto the file in the app, that'd be great.

The Ability to Tag incoming faxes to the right person/persons
The ability to filter confirmed messages without it sitting in the actionable tab.

The ability to create custom fax categories and assign each fax to a category/person. In addition, the ability for the assigned user to receive the appropriate notification of receipt if he/she chooses to turn that notification on.

We have different departments therefore it would be so helpful if we could send the faxes to certain folders or employees and clear out the fax log

Assigning faxes to a user, similar to how you can tag messages. That would be AWESOME. Thank you, from a multi receptionist front desk team! <3 We love weave!!

It will helpful if
1. faxes could be sorted into either a designated files or categorize them to specific departments.
2. having the option for patients to opt out via email or text messages
3. when we tag a person from a specific department- having the notification be sent to their messages or alerting them they have a message pending for them to view just because i tag them doesnt mean they are seeing it
4. Being able to delete faxes from the weave app not just the portal
5. saving faxes contacts- so it will wouldnt be reenter every time we are faxing to the same company

We are loving the updates with Weave.
We are huge mental health practice, with a multiple departments.
We would love to see a tag feature, for voicemails and faxes.
We are noticing that a lot of work is getting duplicated and too much crossover.
A tag feature, or an edit feature for faxes would allow us to better distribute work in the office. Adding this feature to voicemails could help to save a step .
