An error occurred while saving the comment Kris Britt commentedKJ, our patients all have individualized insulin regimens. They often modify/tweak them at home. They occasionally text and ask us to look at their glucose data remotely to see whether or not their insulin regimen needs to be adjusted. When they do this I reply with a form that I've created so that they can quickly enter their current insulin regimen to insure that I have the most recent intel. This moment is not attached to a visit. Therefore, it would be nice to have the option to create a form and then customize a message that goes with that form. Or...just the ability to send a form without ANY autopopulated text that's associated with the idea of a visit.

PS: Please excuse if you'd received this survey invite already.
An error occurred while saving the comment Kris Britt commentedWhether a Gif to boost team morale to a graphic pertaining to a patient...this feature is paramount to effective communication in our office. We actually stopped using chat this was near the top of the list of reasons why.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kris Britt commentedWe're really struggling with this one. In addition to receiving notifications for tagged messages the red notification numbers should reflect the number of new messages you have for only the selected tag categories you've chosen. Right now we think we have a notification but it's really a message for someone else in a different tag category. Very deceiving and counterintuitive.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kris Britt commentedYes, this would be an amazing addition to Weave. We currently pay separately for each of our providers, medical assistants and nurses to have their own Zoom Healthcare Room. It gets pretty pricey.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kris Britt commentedThis is absolutely critical so that:
1. Our books balance at the end of day
2. Patient are assured that their money has gone towards the correct feeAn error occurred while saving the comment Kris Britt commentedI would flip this around and state that there should be a place for our staff to enter payment information (text box) when processing so that our office can look back and see why a payment was processed in the first place.
New messages coming through need an "auto status" of "uncategorized" (or something of the sort) so that we can filter them out. Also, automated messages sent need their own automatically assigned status...such as birthday text being categorized as "birthday" so that we can choose to turn off the birthday text notifications (and others). Does this make sense? our front office is being inundated with all of the text sent out (abandoned call, birthday, etc.). I'm about to turn them off so that I can give our front office a break.
