Update the app to actually work in emergency closure situations, I want to be able to save and use my recorded message when away
Hello! Currently on the phone, I first spoke to Christian for about 30 mins and he attempted to assist me with the template "FSA Dental" I need to have one word added to the the sentence Unfortunately, these contributions expire at the end of the year. What you might not know is that you can FSA dollars to cover any dental treatment that treats or prevents a dental disease. If you could please add the word "use" FSA dollars... Previously the template glitched and did not update the our PRACTICE NAME, it stated (Your office name here) There seems to be some "bugs" or glitches if you will with regards to the system. Also I am not able to use the app on my phone in emergency closure situations, I record the message and save it , so I think but it does not update in the office. Recently with the storm the error happened again, so I erased all previous message, uninstalled the app re installed updated the EIN forms prior to all this and it did not work. We love that I can do this but it seems the OVERRIDE MESSAGE comes on just fine that is created as a default by WEAVE but not the personalized recorded one. I have spend about 1 hour today over the phone with both Christian and then Hunter. Hunter was not sure, you all are busy and I might hear back by the end of the day. After I asked if Hunter would sent out the request to the proper departments he stated it would need to be done on my end via FEEDBACK then I asked him to do it as well as that should be a task to be expedited internally.
