Better management of review invite send times & frequencies
Allow review invitations to be sent at least 24 hours after the patient's appointment. Also, we don't want them to receive the review notifications too late at night.
We moved several Reviews settings to Auto-Messaging (Portal > Messages > Auto-Messaging) and with this change there are several options available to you now!
- Flexible send time - send hours or days after the appointment start time at the interval of your choosing
- Filter review requests based on appointment type, appointment status, practitioner, and more
- Send a review request via email
- Add customization to your templates like First Name and Practice Name

Please give us the option to send review auto-invites at a specified time each day instead of 1-4 hours after their appointment. 6 pm is one of the best times to actually get people to participate in those activities, vs a certain number of hours after their appointment in which they are typically very busy moving from one appointment to the next, back to work, family, school, etc. Please please give us this option!

YES please!! Many times we have to see the same patient every 2 wks while they are healing after a big surgery, pretty annoying to continue to receive a request to do a review. I worry they would just 'opt out' of receiving any texts from us and that would be terrible in our office, we text just as much as talking on the phone! LOVe wEAVE! And recommend you to other offices! Also the 'bots' on old reviews gotta stop! please fix this. Kind of embarrassing

It should also delete duplicate review requests, so patients who are seen regularly aren't receiving these requests after every visit.

Reviews - The time to send only allows between 1-4 hours, which is way too soon, we should be able to adjust out to up to a week minimum. Why is the timing so limited?

4 hours is just too short of time for reviews to be sent at, 24 hours would be perfect and also to not send the review if the patient has already done a review!

We need more options to customize what works for each office. I would like to send reviews out more/less frequently at times. More importantly I would like more options then 1-4 hours after appointment. Giving patients a full 24 hours post care would be ideal and i believe we would get a lot more responses that way. This does not seem like something that would take a lot of time for Weave to change... it looks like people have been requesting this change for years.

Many office that use different systems will send reviews out 24-48 hours after the appointment. I hear they have a higher response rate. I would love restorative patients to no longer be numb and to have had a post op call before they are asked how the visit went. it looks like this was initially requested almost 2 years ago. it should not take a lot of work for weave to allow more options for reviews. Reviews are one of the most popular referral sources right now!

We used Practice by numbers a few months ago for a short time and got more reviews using their platform than with Weave. I think one way that it generated more, were through following up on the review request. It would know if a patient left a review or not, if they didn't the next day or day after, they'll get another reminder to please enter in a review. I think this will bring tremendous value to the weave platform. #weaveforever #teamweave

As an animal hospital who often has pets dropped off for their visits for several hours, we also would like to see more options for when to auto-send review requests such as 24hr following appt.
4 hours after check-in, many of our drop-off patients are still in the hospital, so asking for a review is a little awkward. Additionally, we would like control over how often reviews are sent to clients as well as which appt types are sent review requests. -

for Weave Review links, the longest option to select is 4 hours after appt to send a review link to the patient. I would like to have more available options for this, like the next day.

I agree with other comments that it's very important to give an office control of how frequently (1 per year, per 6 months, etc) requests for a review are automatically sent out. One every 60 days is WAY too frequent and bothersome to our patients - especially if they've already left a review!

Right now it's either all or nothing-you send out no reviews automatically or everyone gets a review request. We should be able to customize these to go out based on appointment type, and should be able to remove people from the queue. Lighthouse allowed us to customize based on email type, gmail users got directed to google, ymail to yelp, etc. No end users should want reviews to go out until the patient has finished treatment at their office, so after either surgery or post-op appointments, not after consultation appointments.

The ability to send out a review reminder (manually) a day or two after the automated one goes out. This works tremendously. I used to use Podium at my previous employer and this is how I got more than half my reviews. Please enable this!!!!!!!

Why do our patients get a review request every 6months? Shouldn't they not get one if they have previously left a review? Please update your system to not send reviews but once a year (at a minimum).

Hi,
I would like to adjust the frequency that review requests are sent out. Currently its set at every 6 months, I would like for it to be every 3 months at the very least.
Thanks
