Get rid of billing address for manual card entry
The new addition of requiring a full billing address makes processing manual card entries much less streamlined that previously. It seems like an unnecessary addition to a process that involved already asking multiple back to back questions.
Thank you all for your feedback and concern. This particular update was required as part of our effort to further increase the security of our Manual Card Entry Transactions. While we do not have any plans to retract this update, we will continue to monitor and look into possible adjustments going forward.
Please note that you can use the Card On File feature to bypass this requirement, as long as you've used the payment method previously.

I've never had to type in the full billing address before using other products. This slows the process down a lot when having to manually enter the CC. Entering the full address is really unnecessary. Please get rid of this. Entering the billing zip code and/or the CVC will do just fine.

Manual Credit Card entries take way too long. You already have all the patient information, yet we still have to manually enter it. It should have an option to pre-populate the field.

If you aren't able to get rid of the billing address section when manually entering a CC. Could you look into having it pull from the patient's family file/profile? It's more time consuming to have to enter everything especially when you have the patient infront of you or waiting on the phone for it to process.

The manual card entry process is already very. very. slow, having to enter all of the patients billing details frustrates the patients calling in to make a payment as the process already seems to take forever. It makes payments a hassle. My staff has been complaining about the update as well. Please make it easier to take payments, the information is already in the software there should be no need to enter it every time they make a payment. Most people do not want to save their card on file, so that doesn't make it easier either.

I would like an opt feature for the address information when manually entering cards. It is very time consuming and unnecessary.
