Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. We had to make an adjustment to how our text to pay links were created after we found an issue with creating the link itself before the message was sent.
We discovered after the fact that a handful of offices were using the link from the "Preview Message" page to send via email. We do plan to build an intentional "Email-to-pay" functionality in the near future, but we have a few other projects we need to finish up first. If you're willing, I would love to reach out when we begin building this feature, so that I can ask you some questions to help guide us in our efforts - let me know if you would be open to that.
