Pulling Report of Opt-Outs by date range
Would love a feature that allows us to pull a report to show all patients who have opted out of text messages.
Patient name, date they opted out, etc.
I believe you can only see the current or past week of undelivered messages and those who have opted out. If we could see an all-time list, that would be helpful for our in-office systems.

Need a report to generate a phone list of patients due for exam recall who have opted out of text/emall messages. Those patients need to be called manually by our staff or they fall out of the practice..

Option for a list of patients that opted out. Including # and name. Ability to export this list. Feature to filter by opted out in patient list.

Don't believe those opting out of texts truly understand that they won't receive ANY reminder texts. Would like the ability to generate a report for all of those opting out of texts so we can educate them with the entire consequences.

We need to be able to print off or download the list of patients that have not received a recall text message.
