Customizable & Dynamic Fax Cover Sheet

We should have the ability to create and upload customizable fax cover sheets. Fax cover sheets could be uploaded as Word doc files so that they can include a company header/footer, contact information, HIPAA notice, etc. They should also be dynamic with fillable field options such as <<TO>>, <<FROM>>, <<COMPANY>>, <<FAX_NUMBER>>, <<NUMBER_PAGES>>, <<SUBJECT>>, and <<NOTES>>.

    Matt, you state this is now available to all customers. How can we upload/default to our own fax cover sheet? The link provided does not show how to.

    Create capability to set up fax coversheet templates, so that the user can quickly apply / customize a template instead of having to re-type each time. For example: We send a lot of medical clearances (oral surgery), and the fax memo is usually the same.

    We think there should be a way to add the company logo to the fax cover sheet!

    Yes. We had this in our other faxing software. We need the ability to add a confidential information disclaimer to the bottom of our fax cover sheet. We also had a subject line and a reference line that we put the patient’s name in so we could find them via a search later.

    They would like to be able to upload a file of their cover sheet instead of only being able to type something out.

    It would be nice for the Fax Cover Sheet to utilize the Department name or allow Support Tier 2 to update a field which is used to populate the From: Field within the Fax Cover Sheet. This will either allow the customer to appropriately ensure that the From: name is correct for their business, especially when they have multiple departments and FAX outgoing numbers.

    The current workaround of not using your Fax Cover Sheet, allows the customer to still operate without having the core features available.

    *What pain points/suggestions does the office have? * Office would like to have their logo as part of the email auto reminders. They would also like to be able to customize the emails themselves instead of having to have me modify them.
