fax cover sheet
i want to customize a fax cover sheet but i want it to stay there so my staff can't change it. when faxing information, we need a liability HIPAA clause at the bottom or somewhere but i can't do that. i can only customize the cover sheet and then send it to someone and it'll be there next time but my staff can still make the mistake of changing the words or deleting it and then our faxes won't have that legal clause on them anymore. this should be an admin right or something. this is a priority

We would like to second this problem. We would like the ability to create a template and save it for continued use.

Would be nice to be able to create a cover sheet and have Weave automatically save it for the next use...We only would need to fill in the fax # we are using and/or any other information we need to.
To create a fax cover sheet each time OR upload one each time is very cumbersome -

This absolutely needs to be a priority feature. We just moved to weave faxing from SR Fax and while SR Fax wasn't perfect, they did nail this feature. You could set your cover sheet up in the admin section and never have to worry about your privacy/confidentiality notification being on every fax sent out from your organization.

I also agree that there should be a standard liability HIPAA clause at the coversheet footer. We have been manually pasting our HIPAA clause at the bottom and it is tedious.
