YES! This is a big reason why my staff is not switching over to the new weave. They do not want to have to manually add a liability disclaimer to every fax. Is there a custom dynamic field we could have to add to the fax cover sheet please!

We are finding this too, especially with nicknames vs. formal names (which we have to have in the system for insurance billing). Is there a way to include the nickname field of our EHR (Crystal PM) as part of the match along with first name? This would save us a lot of manual work and avoid a new patient being created unnecessarily!

This would also be super helpful for the lists as well. When our staff wants to send out birthday texts manually, we got to patients>lists>birthday and there is no option to access the text templates. The templates widget should be available more than just on the message app. It is so time consuming to go back and forth. My staff is just going back to the legacy app to do birthdays. We want them to want to use the new app!
