What pain points/suggestions does the office have?
Office says they used to be able to click on a recording in the mobile app and click edit, then re-record this file and it would be saved with the same name as the previous file. Now that is not an option and they have to record a new file and give it a new name, or delete the old file and before giving the new file the same name. Office is frustrated about this change and was hoping Weave would notify customer before changes like this were happening in the mobile app.
