Office would like to adjust ringtone for park ringback, or have it just beep, instead of ringing phones and not be able to silence it, if needed! -

Language change request > Label the form "Client Info" instead of "Patient Info" in the form headline and remove DOB field from the Online Schedule form (step 4 out of 5 that the cx fills out before they click "submit"). In the vet clinic workflow, the patient (a pet) doesn't fill out this form. The client does. This is also why the DOB doesn't apply. -

Office is suggesting that we implement a feature where they can send a bulk reminder text to patients for payment links instead of having to do it one by one. -

The returning patients are unable to see their old answers when they fill out the forms. Dentrix used to allow them to see their old answers so there were things they didn't have to remember (for example, medications). The office is requesting a feature that allows returning customers view their previous answers.
The forms should be going to the medical history section of the specific patient's profile, not the documents center. Again, Dentrix has the ability to attach a form to the specific patient's profile. The office doesn't want to have to manually assign PDF's to a patient. -

Actually, it's a pain point from Weave Security perspective.
There are a good number of offices that use 1 login for all or multiple users.
This is not secure and can cause problems with functionality.
We do recommend to offices that they have one unique login per user, but it's often rebuffed.

The way Weave filters Operatories for Nextech EHR is causing a few places in mobile and desktop versions of Weave hard to use.
Desktop.
1. Auto-reminders > Advanced Filters > Practitioners show up fine but Operatories are listed as a list of combinations of people and resources (machines available in the office for various procedures)
2. Schedule > Filter > Operatories are listed the same as in auto-reminders. That is, as a list of all possible combinations of people and resources.
Mobile.
1. Schedule > Filter by practitioner > Calendar View. Weave creates columns that are labeled as practitioner's first name (so multiple columns with the same label), the columns correspond to resources (machines available in the office for various procedures).
Office's first ask is to be able to view mobile schedule for a practitioners of choice in a list, without the columns. The second ask is to clean up the
