Integration with Impromed - Phone Numbers
Within Impromed software, the integration is pulling the phone numbers from the Patient File versus the Client File. This ends up with sometimes pulling the wrong number to text and then the integration is no longer useful for this feature.

We also have this trouble going back to 2021 (sorry, no ticket ID). We would like to be able to map which phone numbers are used by Weave. For example, we don't want Weave to read the emergency contact phone numbers that we have on file. It "confuses" the system because some of our clients have emergency contacts that are also clients. We like the secondary contacts to be their own custom contact in Weave so we can tell if we are texting the actual client or a spouse/parent/child/etc.

impromed and weave integration - weave should not read emergency contacts as client phone numbers for text/call purposes as this may cross over into other files. This is an actual thing that has happened see case 415881, causing our staff to not recognize what client they were talking to.

Weave also pulls phone numbers from the Client's emergency contact phone field and identifies clients incorrectly. Please give us an option in setup to limit which fields Weave searches for phone numbers. If ClientA has ClientD for an ER contact, then ClientD's phone number is identified in the Weave app as belonging to ClientA. However, if ClientC has ClientB as an ER contact, ClientB is alphabetically first and is correctly identified by Weave as ClientB.
