Please allow offices to customize patient's recall reminders. Some of our patients do not want texts, emails, or both. We would like to be able to select how & if patients get reminders without having to move their information around in our software.

Modify reminders per patient instead of an overall template. Some Patients only want one reminder others would like more. Would be great if we could modify per patient.

Hello: I would like to be able to adjust how many text and email messages are sent out to an individual patient. I have some patient that do not want all the reminders, they just need one of them. I find that it is an all or nothing system. Please respond with suggestions for me. Thanks Pam/Dr Robert Saunders

A lot of our patients have different preferances regarding confirmation text messages and email reminders. It would be nice to be able to individualize auto confirmations based on patient needs.

It would be nice if we can disable text remdiners for patients who dont want to be texted.

On the text messaging reminders, have the ability to "block" an appointment from getting reminders. Sometimes we use our extra column for quickcall, or we wait to send reminders on some types of appts until the lab case is received.

It would be nice to be able to customize by patient preferances on text message and email reminders, how many they get. There are some patients who want less and others want more.

Limit texts sent to patients. Give the ability to identify what texts to be sent to a patient.

Honor patient contact preferences for manually texting. If a client says "do not text" then the manual texting featuer should be diabled for this client.
