It would be nice if we could receive a picture via text. I had a patient try to text me a copy of their new ins card and it wouldn't come through.

The ability to receive and send photos....especially back to tech support when the phone is repeatedly acting up....and the issue is not being resolved. If I could send a photo of each step, showing what the phone is doing....it might be easier to resolve.

Allow patients to send picture mail, they feel since we can exchange messages; that we should also be able to exchange pictures as well.

It would be great to have the ability for patients to text pictures to us! A great example of why this would be amazing: Sending a picture of their insurance card!
