1. call volume by day of the week

   I would love to be able to track what our busiest call volume DAYS of the week are - not just times. I can clearly see times of day, but when considering when to put another receptionist on days of the week - it would be nice to see if Mondays or Thursdays are busier call wise without having to go through day by day - that is tedious. Thanks!

2. Tids and Bits

   Hi. I have a few suggestions.

   1. Being able to send a fax would be much easier if there was a phonebook to add our most used numbers. It would also be nice to be able to format your own cover sheet. Or to make it basic it should have company name, and telephone number. Also, the page numbers do not include the coversheet.
   2. Sometimes when texting a patient it picks a family members name to put at the top of the app. I understand that is hard to match but I have even seen it be an inactive patient.
   3. The system does send our a reminder that a patients contact lenses are in however, it does not do the same with glasses. Am I missing something? Why?

   I have more but that's it for now. I am hoping there is a way to fix some of these things to make for smooth sailing. Thanks!

3. Search Calls By User

   We would love to be able to review/search through calls on the desktop app by user. Our office takes around 3k-4k calls per month, and it can be difficult to find the calls we're looking for. This would be especially useful on the "Calls" page as well as in Analytics. I realize that Analytics allows us to see call volume by phone extension, but if there was anyway to extend this sorting ability to the call list and maybe, just maybe, have it sorted by user, that would be awesome!

4. Pop up info when a patient calls

   Since the update when patients call in it now only says the day of the week they are coming in, not the actual date.
   Also it would be nice if there was a minimize button to the chat box due to it getting in my way sometimes.

5. Patient Surveys

   Missed calls that do not leave a voicemail should receive the text that says "sorry we missed your call how may we help"
