Record extension to extension (interoffice) calls
Record extension to extension calls between employees. Many times, these are transferred calls, messages, or assigning tasks. Recording these type calls is a great training opportunity, as well as a safeguard to ensure our company culture is practiced throughout our offices.

Personalize Missed Call Text
Feature Request: Is there a way to have the patient's name added to the Missed Call Text, like in the Automatic Reminders?

Proper integration with Weave and Eaglesoft for recall
We have been told that in order for our patients to NOT be receiving recall reminders, we have to uncheck "receives text messages." We use Eaglesoft and in our system, we can check or uncheck a box for "receives recalls." It would be extremely helpful if you can make it more compatible. We shouldn't have to turn off text messaging for patients who shouldn't receive recall. Weave should integrate properly with Eaglesoft so we do not run into this problem.

Kareo integration
We are leaving AdvMD and would love to see Weave support integration with Kareo or PracticeFusion. We use both.

EDDSON Analytics
We use the patient management software EDDSON; we went to a CE a few weeks ago and saw an office in Chicago that uses the Analytics tab to its full purpose (able to tell, for example, patients that were seen but didn't reschedule, etc.). I spoke w/ a gal at WEAVE and she said EDDSON is not compatible w/ this feature as of now. From a practice standpoint, this would be VERY helpful for us to have on hand to assist w/ being able to bring in more revenue to the practice - think of us having to write all…

Import Claim Attachments for EClaims
Weave Software needs to be able to Import all documents that are attached to a Claim when printing to RES.
We have Dentrix and there is a new VERY convenient feature that when setup properly our system will AUTOMATICALLY attach all required documents onto the claim for electronic billing. This information with the current Weave/RES is unusable. This would save me 1-2 hours of extra work per day if this were automated. With those numbers it would be more financially beneficial for our practice to use our current software's electronic billing rather than subcontract this portion to WEAVE.

Work Number
My patients who are calling from their work phone number (recorded in my practice software) do not show up as a known patient in Weave.

see all communications sent
we need to be able to click on a patient and view all communications sent out to them. Reason is if they say they never received a text, we can go look and see on which dates they did receive a text. this is a frustration that we have right now, we were able to see this on revenuewell.

Fax notification
Would be nice to have email notification of fax and be able to send fax by email.

stop fax after sending
when sending a fax be able to stop it after you hit go just in case you forgot to att something or did the wrong fax #
