  2. Sync time stamp

    We need a time stamp to show last sync date and time. The previous company we used for reminders - SolutionReach - had this feature. With Weave, we have to wait and discover that messages are being sent out and there's been a few time where it wasn't working for weeks and it took us a week to even realize!

  6. Mapping Error: Weave 'Appointment Type' Field Needs to Connect to Dentrix 'Reason' Field

    The Weave "Appointment Type" field is currently mapped to the Dentrix "Appointment Description" field. This is incorrect because the "Appointment Description" field is a free-form text field that acts as the subject line for the appointment, allowing any input. Instead, the "Appointment Type" in Weave should be mapped to the Dentrix "Reason" field. The "Reason" field contains predefined appointment types in Dentrix, which makes it the correct field to use. The current setup, mapping to the "Appointment Description" field, is not functional for a Dentrix user's needs.

  7. Data sync disconnected alert

    Our data sync app has disconnected several times - which causes the auto reminders not to be sent. Would like to have some sort of alert when that happens and an alert that notifies Weave so the data sync can be restored more quickly and we don't have patients miss their appointments

  9. Improve sync time to weave when updating open dental

    Right now it takes about 10 minutes for information entered into Open Dental to sync and be available in Weave.

    For example, if I add a new patient John Smith to open dental, I have to wait 10 minutes to see them pop up in Weave. I would like to send them a digital form immediately but can't because I have to wait for Weave to sync.

    The same goes for entering a patient's insurance information in Open Dental. Have to wait 10 mins for it to show up in Weave. Same with phone number, email, or any other piece…

  10. Federal Holidays Should Be Open On Online Scheduler

    Hello,

    I received this message from weave support:

    "So all federal holidays will be blocked off. You will want to submit a feature request to look into having that changed. We do apologize. For the Saturday you closed, you will want to block off the calendar or schedule ‘fake’ appointments that will take up those time slots."
    "Go to the feedback section found in the weave app under menu then ‘feedback’ & submit there"

  11. Drop and Drag Reschedule appointments. Has been working now it is not.

    When rescheduling appointments. In the past if we dragged and dropped patient appointments it did work. Now it is not working. Evan the tech has asked me to ask for this to work again in the feedback section. Please vote yes to restore this important feature.

  12. Impromed: Have clients phone numbers update in weave faster.

    We have it where a client will update their number when they drop off their animal to be looked at. We update it in ImproMed but weave doesn't update that client's number until overnight, so when their animal is ready to be picked up later that day we cannot text them like we would like. It would be great for modified and new phone numbers to update faster in weave.

    I would like to be able to see confirmation of the most recent sync between my practice management software and Weave's database. I recently upgraded Dentrix from 5.2 to 7.3 and didn't know that Weave had stopped syncing a week ago. I only discovered this by luck when texting a patient and wondering why his name was not showing up, just his number. I would like to either be able to see this last sync data on the app (desktop or ios), on app.getweave.com, or on the server.     The New Weave app should be made to warn/alert or pop-up that the sync requires updating when connection is broken between our Practice management software and Weave. The way this information was found in the Legacy App since we are a multi-location office was only by changing to the Parent Location which often is overlooked as it didn't contain priority information.

  16. FUSE operatory rooms shown instead of providers - NEW Weave app

    On our PMS (FUSE) we have our schedule set up by room/operatories however when this is then synced over to Weave it only shows the providers.
    Our operatories are specific to the appointment type where as the providers do multiple types of procedures.
    Having only the providers viewable also is an issue because all of our current and past employees show up as a "provider" causing confusion.
    This then makes the Weave schedule look messy and unorganized making it so our team isn't wanting to use the schedule to its full potential.

  17. Data sync fills up hard drive, renders HD unusable

    We use Dentrix with Windows 10. Using the macOS Weave app filled the hard drive in /Library/Application Support/Weave with thousands of ~55MB zip files over 4 months. This is a hidden folder and rendered the Mac computer unusable until we could find out where the increase in storage was happening. The Mac computer has a 500GB hard drive. Currently the solution is to manually delete the downloaded zip files. If the app still works after manually deleting the zip files then why create them in the first place?

    We use Vetter aka DaySmart. The PMS is not fully integrated and we are not able to use the online booking feature. We would like to be able to have our PMS and Weave write back to each other at least about appointment availability.
