Notes on Text Messages only Staff can see
We need the ability to add notes to messages that are not visible to the client. Beyond tags. Currently when I send a text to a new client there is no way to add notes other than tags, so for instance I can't send a text and then put a note that says "5mo k-9, vomiting, diarrhea started 2 days ago, not UTD. ETA 2hrs" Clients give a lot of info on the phone call but do not repeat it in the text they reply with so an hour later I'm putting in their info and it says "sick" for reason for the visit. I cannot remember a call from an hour ago, and may not have been the one to take the initial call. If we could put notes then it would be most helpful. Especially on ones we tag as TRIAGE ON ARRIVAL. Like: HBC, 85# shephard, not ambulatory, possible head trauma ETA 7:30 p.m. White F150
That tells anyone looking at it that we need to be ready for a hit by car trauma case by 7:30 and that we'll need the gurney and two techs, a muzzle possibly, a $625 stabilization fee, and code status. Right now I have to wait until they enter the info (which we advise not to text and drive :) ) create their profile, wait for Weave and CS to sync and then enter a note in Weave under client profile (which I'm trying to get people to look at and use). Since that takes too long I just go back to treatement and holler HBC ETA 7:30, which is not efficient. We need something attached to the text beforehand that everyone can see and act on if needed.
