Blinking Occupied Park Lines
If a call is on hold (or parked), a blinking light would help our doctors and staff know which parking spot to pick up and would be a visual reminder that a client is waiting for our help.

We need an indicator on the phone screen that shows when a line was placed on hold on my phone, there needs to be an icon next to the line I placed on hold that is specific to my phone but shows up differently on everyone else's phone so they know that's not the line they're helping.
