Make it more clear that the client is filling out the Patient (Pet) information when scheduling. 9/10 of our online scheduling requests fill out their own information instead of pet's information where it says "patient".

Language change request > Label the form "Client Info" instead of "Patient Info" in the form headline and remove DOB field from the Online Schedule form (step 4 out of 5 that the cx fills out before they click "submit"). In the vet clinic workflow, the patient (a pet) doesn't fill out this form. The client does. This is also why the DOB doesn't apply.
